1. How do I connect my printer?
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, open the Phoswift app, and tap the device icon in the upper left corner to search for and connect your printer.
2. The app crashes or freezes. What should I do?
Please restart your phone or update the app and your operating system to the latest version. If the issue persists, contact us.
3. Which paper sizes are supported?
The A42 printer supports paper widths from 57 mm to 216 mm (2.24 to 8.5 inches). You can select or customize the paper width in the app settings.
4. My printer is not responding. What can I do?
Try inserting a needle or toothpick into the reset hole for 3 seconds until the power indicator turns off. Then press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to restart the printer.
